Fit for one, but spacious enough for twelve, the Hudson View House offers six bedrooms (five en suite), full kitchen, formal dining room, living room, recreation room, screened porch, and numerous decks, porches and balconies from which to enjoy the stunning views. One of the en suite bedrooms also functions as a full au pair / mother-in-law suite with its own kitchenette, living room, and dining area as well as separate entrance and parking area. Not to mention the home features two separate office spaces to support all the work-from-home needs of the modern family.
Nightly Rate: Starting at $750 Per Night (2 Night Minimum)
Weekly Rate: Starting at $3,000 Per Week
Monthly Rate: Starting at $12,000 Per Month (Winter & Spring) & $20,000 Per Month (Summer & Fall)
Annual Rate: $150,000 (1-year) or $140,000/year (2-year)
Guest Cottage
The Guest Cottage is spacious enough for up to eight, comprised of two separate suites that can each accommodate four guests. Each suite features with a bedroom, bathroom, living room (with convertible couch), kitchenette, and dining area. The suites share a common foyer and laundry area as well as parking area. There is a full enclosed garage on the ground floor that is typically used by the owner, but can be made available upon request.
